The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso continues to monitor the situation through the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the City's Department of Public Health.  We have implemented remote work arrangements for our staff, while still serving our customers and residents via email and phone.  We are committed to our mission in ensuring that families have access to safe, decent and affordable housing. The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and its third party property management companies will assist families who are experiencing financial hardships related to COVID-19. To report changes, please complete the appropriate form and send it to the appropriate email address for the housing program that is assisting you:
