Keeping our properties safe, decent, and affordable is only possible when our residents notify us when maintenance-related issues occur in and around your unit. Tenants in need of repairs within their unit will need to call the Work Orders Department at (915) 849-3744 or by email.
The purpose of the Work Orders Department is to maintain a high level of customer service by creating and dispatching maintenance work orders to resolve problems or concerns that tenants might have about their housing unit or community. There are two types of tenant work orders, an Emergency work order and a Routine work order.
Emergency work orders are prepared when situations arise that could cause injury, loss of life, seriously threaten health or safety of residents and HACEP staff or cause property damage. Emergency Service is provided twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
Routine work orders are prepared for situations that are more common and do not seriously threaten health, safety, of residents and HACEP staff or do not cause serious property damage.
