The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP) is pleased to announce the opening of the waitlist for The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) “Section 8” program for the period of :

Open:   February 22, 2010 9:00 am thru
Close :  March 7, 2010 midnight
 
To fill out a pre-application please visit the HACEP website at www.hacep.org click on on-line application button or directly go to https://online.hacep.org/preapplication
