The office of Resident Relations is responsible for providing assistance to the Housing Authority residents in forming Resident Associations (RA) and developing programs to enhance the living conditions and life style of HACEP residents.  It plans, coordinates, and implements ongoing community mobilization training.  This office also assists RA personnel in preparing for meetings, maintains and updates detail information on activities of existing RA's.  In addition this office coordinates with agencies that provide services concerning safety, health, education, welfare, exams, immunizations, prenatal care and nutrition programs.  

The office of Resident Relations counsels residents on their skills, as well as, motivates and encourages them to succeed in a self-sufficient environment.
