Press Releases

The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP) is the 14th largest public housing authority in the United States that provides affordable housing to 40,000 El Pasoans through the federal tax dollars we receive each year from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Due to the impact our operations have on approximately 6 percent of the City’s population, HACEP prides itself on its transparency and responsiveness to provide accurate, relevant, and useful information to our colleagues in the press and to the public at large.

For media or government affairs inquiries, please contact the Public Information and Government Relations Officer at pio@hacep.org or (915) 849-3710.
