Resident Relations Services

Staff works with partners in the community to link residents with services needed to improve their quality of life.  A Memorandum of Understanding between the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso and the partner (service provider) is prepared and approved by their respective Chief Executive Officers or authorized representatives to formalize the agreement of the provision of services.

Following are some of the services which may be coordinated:

  • Food pantries
  • Health fairs
  • Budgeting
  • Repairing Credit for Homeownership
  • Back to School Drives
  • Nutrition education
  • Teen Pregnancy Prevention
  • Youth Leadership skills

  • Arts and Crafts
  • Physical Activities
  • English as a Second Language
  • Basic computer skills
  • Access to computer lab

Special thanks to all partners that generously provide services to our residents.  Through their contribution, they enable families to improve their quality of life.
