17.       DISCUSSION AND ACTION REGARDING RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT (RAD 16-R-0013), A PRIME SUBCONTRACT CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, BETWEEN  EL PASO SHERMAN I, LP AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING ENTERPRISES AND SUNDT CONSTRUCTION INC.
