TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF EL PASO, TEXAS WILL BE HELD AT 5300 EAST PAISANO, EL PASO, TEXAS WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 26, 2015               COMMENCING AT 5:30 P.M.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

ALL MATTERS LISTED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA WILL BE CONSIDERED BY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS (BOC) TO BE ROUTINE AND WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION UNLESS SEPARATE DISCUSSION IS REQUESTED BY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER MEMBERS.  WHEN THE VOTE HAS BEEN TAKEN, IF AN ITEM HAS NOT BEEN CALLED OUT FOR SEPARATE DISCUSSION, THE ITEM HAS BEEN APPROVED.  BOC MAY, HOWEVER, RECONSIDER ANY ITEM AT ANY TIME DURING THE MEETING.  THE WORDING OF ALL AGENDA ITEMS SHALL APPEAR IN THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOC AS POSTED, UNLESS OTHERWISE REVISED BY THIS OR OTHER MOTION OF THE BOC, WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF THE STAFF READING THE WORDING BY EACH ITEM INTO RECORD.

9.         PURCHASING AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND PURCHASE ORDER           AWARDS:

A         REQUEST THAT THE CONTRACTING OFFICER BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN A RECOMMENDATION FOR CONTRACT AWARD FOR LAND SURVEYORS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTREACT # RAD 15-C-0007.  THE CONTRACT TERM IS FOR ONE YEAR WITH TWO ONE YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW.  THIS CONTRACT WAS PROCURED THROUGH THE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION (RFQ) PROCESS.  THE RECOMMENDATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

B.         REQUEST THAT THE CONTRACTING OFFICER BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT CONTRACT NO. 2014-050 FOR FUEL SERVICES.  THIS IS FOR A ONE YEAR EXTENSION.  THIS CONTRACT WAS PROCURED THROUGH INTERLOCAL AGTREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF EL PASO.  THE RECOMMENDATION IS AS FOLLOWS:
