Kevin Quinn - Commissioner
Commissioner Kevin Quinn retired as a Sergeant in the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office in November 2010 after more than 20 years of dedicated public service. He now serves as the Bailiff of the 168th District Court.
Commissioner Quinn is very active in the Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas (CLEAT), which has honored him with a number of distinguished awards including 2003 Officer of the Year, 2006 President’s Award, 2006 Douglas Ward Memorial Award, and the 2007 Legislative Award. His public service also includes serving as a board member with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Officers Association, Precinct Chair of the Mexican-American Democrats, and Precinct Chair of the El Paso County Democratic Party.
He is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and a former scholastic-athlete for the Miner’s football team.
