John Irvin - Director of Construction
John M. Irvin, AIA NCARB – Director of Design & Construction - Housing Authority of the City of El Paso
John M. Irvin, holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. Irvin is a licensed architect certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the Texas Society of Architects (TSA). Irvin is registered to practice architecture in Texas, Tennessee, Washington state, Florida, Maryland, New York, and Georgia.
Prior to joining HACEP, Irvin worked internationally to include the Middle East (Egypt, Libya, Qatar), Western Europe (England and Holland), Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, as well as, all throughout the United States.
Irvin has over 35 years of project management experience functioning as a project team leader, representing the owner/developer managing all activities from start to finish related to the design & construction of large scale, mixed-use developments, including master-planned communities and multi-family housing.
Irvin brings a vast array of leadership skill sets that he will use as director of design and construction for the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso to help ensure the success of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and all other development projects.
